Sunday Morning Meditations
Every Sunday 10:30 am at Serendip Studio
Plus, every last Sunday of the month, we're holding a special Sunday Meditation with a Blessing Ritual
Meditation is an excellent practice to train yourself in emotional stability. Explore your mind with a gentle and relaxed attitude in order to broaden your inner space. Create room for cultivating compassion and loving-kindness. The practice will start with basic meditation techniques and will gradually take up some specific features of Shingon-buddhist practice such as basic visualization techniques.
Our teacher will be Shaku Jinsen, who studied and practiced buddhism in Japan for a period of ten years. He is a fully ordained Buddhist priest from the Shingon-school of Japanese Buddhism. He currently leads Yo e an, Centre for Shingon Buddhism in Japan, providing opportunities to practice meditation and learning more about Buddhism and the Shingon-tradition.
We follow the buddhist principle of free donations.

Ooh - let’s hold on to that holiday feeling just a bit longer! One way is to make that NYE resolution of putting more massages into your life into a reality. Of course, we’d say that as we are a spa - but we’re not the only ones that encourage this to be part of your healthy regime. Read more here.
We love it when people write good things about us. Feel free to do the same!
