Who doesn’t start off with that mental checklist to wellbeing (back) into our lives at the beginning of every new year? Some of us even write this down on a list! (We really can’t be the only ones.)
So, what does your list look like? And how can you keep this going to be able to bring that relaxed feeling you hopefully felt during the last few weeks and well into the new year? To the first question, we’ll start by sharing ours! Our first week of this year…

Decrease clutter in the home & office - check!
Wake up each morning with a light stretch & deep breaths - check!
Drink plenty of water throughout the day - check!
Eat copious amounts of chocolate - check! (oops, how did this get there?)
Starting the New Year with a massage treatment - check!
