At Serendip Spa, we endeavour to treat each client as an individual and we deal with your specific requirements. Our treatment menu offers authentic treatments from around the globe with Serendip Spa’s special and unique touch. Within the Spa, we offer a luxurious andcomforting environment using colours that aim to reduce stress andrelease tension from the moment you step through our door. We have created an atmosphere to stimulate all your senses for harmonious balance intent to instantly relax you and create an oasis of escape from the world outside. As you enter the Spa, breathe in the gentle aromas of pure, organic essential oils, instantly soothing the nervous system. The music comes softly to our ears and our body begins to relax. Your coat and shoes are taken at the door allowing you to temporarily leave the world behind you. Serendip’s welcome tea warms you to your toes and you are now ready for your treatment to begin.
How far in advance to book
Please book as far in advance as possible to guarantee your preferred date, time and therapist but do give us a call last minute and we will do our best to serve you.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment time. Please note that whilst we will do our best to accommodate you, if you are late for your treatment you may not receive the full allotted time which you are charged for.
The Ritual of Tea
Each day we hand select one of our exclusive organic blends of herbal tea, to ease you on your path to relaxation. Shown to aid the effects of massage, we encourage you to drink a tea both before and after your treatment helping the body to return to its natural rhythm.
What is provided in the Spa?
Bathrobes, slippers, organic luxury shower & skincare products, lockers & refreshments are provided.
Standard 24 hour Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, you are unable to make your appointment you will be charged the full price of your treatment if you cancel within 24 hours. This charge will be waived if you are able to provide someone to replace you.
Contraindications
Please note that some of our treatments are not recommended for certain medical conditions or during pregnancy. We require a medical certificate for certain medical conditions. Please let us know if you are an expectant mother at the time of booking in order for us to advise you on our unique treatments for mothers-to-be.

We keep your details strictly confidential and secure
Payment & Gratuity
We accept payments by Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard or Cash. We also accept Tickets Compliments. Should you wish to offer a gratuity, this may be given directly to your therapist or added to your bill at your sole discretion. Envelopes for gratuities are provided at reception.
Silence is Golden
Please switch off all electronic devices throughout the spa, store andyoga studio and keep noise to a minimum… silence is golden.
Yoga Etiquette
When to arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your class allowing enough time to sign in and set up your practice space. The door will be locked during the class.
What to wear?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Serendip Spa has a beautiful, stylish range of eco yoga clothes and accessories for sale in its Store.
What to bring?
Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own as well. Feel free to bring your own bottle of water for during your practice
Payment
We accept payment by card only, either on site or via our website.. Subscriptions, memberships and Yoga cards can be arranged prior to class at the Spa. Please note that in case of No show, the yoga class will be deducted from your yoga subscription.
Valuables
Please keep your valuables at home. Coat and bag hooks are provided.
