Pregnancy Yoga
Whether you are completely new to Yoga or an experienced practitioner, yoga during pregnancy can create a sense of well-being as well as keeping the body supple and increasing energy. Through gentle movements (tailored for all stages of pregnancy), breathing techniques, deep relaxation and restorative positions, this class can help support the journey of pregnancy to motherhood. Suitable from 12 weeks to delivery.

Having only so few hours in the day to take time for yourself may be challenging, but we offer a way to find balance. Our 45mn midday break is geared towards the busy professional, to counter those long hours sitting at a computer.
