Five Tips for February Fatigue Management (or Anytime Fatigue, Really)
Based on very thorough research from the Serendip Team with the most cutting-edge scientific methods (that’s listening to and seeing you, by the way), it looks like February Fatigue is hitting hard. That last Winter stretch before nature wakes up is sometimes hard to manage, so if you are struggling with fatigue, here are our five top tips:
Drink water - sometimes fatigue can be caused or exacerbated by dehydration, so make sure to drink enough water throughout the day!
Move. Yes, we know, when we are tired, moving can seem counterintuitive. But light exercise, such as light walking or a gently yoga class (cough *here at our studio* cough) can help with sleep;
Speaking of sleep: wake up at the same time everyday to strengthen your sleep routine. And remember: cut all electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bed.
