Stress Relief Session (open for Teens), 5 PM
Offered in French in collaboration with Greenlight for Girls, blends soothing relaxation techniques with dynamic exercises designed to enhance your overall well-being. This class focuses on guided practices that incorporate mindful breathing, visualization, gentle movements, and stress management techniques to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and boost mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, it encourages a balanced state of body and mind, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and resilience.
