Conditions relating to your use of the Website and online booking platform

If you use the Website and / or our online booking platform where you created your account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

5. Online reservations and orders
If you make a direct reservation online or you place a direct online order for services, vouchers or products, you will be routed to the “Spa software powered by Spa Booker” system. This site uses an encrypted data connection. By creating a Booker account through customer self-service you also agree to Booker's private policy that can be found at: https://www.booker.com/privacy-policy
Right to be forgotten - you can submit "delete my account" request online at any time. The data will be deleted within 30 days of the administrator completing the "delete my account" request.
We would like to point out that, instead of online transmission of your data, you can contact us at any time by telephone at +32 2 503 5504 or by email at info@serendipspa.com, where you can make reservations and order services, products and vouchers.
Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, features and functionality (such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software) are owned by Serendipity Wellness sprl, our affiliates or our software suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
